Guidance Notes for Challenge Registration 2023

In order to register a team you will need to have the Team Captain’s name, email address and mobile phone number.

Ideally, you should also have the names and email addresses for each Team member.  You will not be able to add these later but if not supplied at registration they should be emailed to [email protected]. Any changes should also be emailed. It is important that we have the correct names and email addresses for those attending the Challenge so that information can be directly send to attendees.

Payment will again only be made via invoice and so you will need a Purchase Order from your Fire Service to enter.  If you have this available at the time of registration you should add this into the PO box.  If not, then it should be supplied as soon as possible after registration to [email protected].

Step 1 – Select ‘Teams’ for Rescue Challenge team entries or ‘Individual Workshops’ for individuals who wish to attend a UKRO technical rescue workshop

Step 2 – Choose the event you wish to enter and click book now

Step 3 – Confirm the booking and select ‘add to basket’

Step 4 – In the Cart either ‘Add another team’ or proceed to Step 6

Step 5 – Check your order and add the relevant ‘coupon codes’ – The discount will then be applied to your  purchase total

Step 6 –  Click ‘Proceed to checkout

Step 7 – Team entries only – complete the ‘Authorisation to Compete and Insurance Indemnity Certificate’ online form

Step 8 – Complete the online form – A invoice with a unique reference will be sent to the email address provided

Step 9 – Arrange for the payment to be made for the total invoice amount using the bank account details provided.
